Banzai Run -> is this for real?
Is this table in real life the same? I can't seem to really play it, the space between the flippers is too large etc I am certainly not a pro, but this table seems almost impossible to me compared to all the other Williams tables.

it's hard. short game mentality. turn physics to normal instead of realistic if you want to last more minutes.

So is it like the real table..
I doubt that this table would have taken in a lot of quarters back in the day.. for sure. Very odd and frustrating, in my opinion, especially the upper playfield.

I cannot imagine the ball acting like that in real life, is there some sort of gravity modifier? How is it accomplished, if it is like this in real life?

From what I have seen from real-life gameplay videos, the Pinball Fx version plays quite close to the real thing. It is not that hard after you practice for a bit.

Played the real table a few times over the years. I remember it being unforgiving and really difficult to “run” or get any real momentum on. I could score in bursts, but never really get in the zone. I didn’t like it enough to dump the quarters into and moved to other tables.

So yeah… it seems realistically modeled. Only now you can play all you want for a fixed cost.

The second playfield is in the backbox, so it's vertical. 90 degree "slope" instead of 6-7. So yes, it really does play like that. You get used to it.

As far as the main playfield, if it's easier or harder in realistic depends on how the real table is set up (mainly how tight the tilt is). With a loose tilt, you can do a lot of slaps and moves (some for no warning, some for a warning like outlane shimmies) that simply aren't possible on FX. Also in real life, the ball is more responsive to a big move with the ball in open table than it is in FX. For a tight tilt, FX is easier, and bang backs are easier on FX. And normal on FX is almost always much easier than the real thing.
