DLC Purchases not made available
I already sent email to zen support, but have not heard anything back.

To start, I think this game is great and I have many tables purchases. Until last night, I had purchased DLC directly from Steam (bundles and individual tables). While playing, I went through the Pinball shop to grab Twilight Zone. It opens a portal to the steam store. While there, I also added a few Zen table packs to my cart. My Steam receipt shows all of the DLC paid for, but in the game I only have access to Twilight Zone. All of the Zen tables I purchased access to are still in "Trial".

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any tips on getting through to Zen support?

Sorry to hear this, I have never made purchases via the in-game links but will make sure Zen are aware - If there's an issue It will be resolved.

I've passed details on, but could you check PFX > Properties > DLC. Do the packs appear there?

An issue / argument which will be debated til the end of time. You haven't lost anything though as FX2 and free FX3 upgrades in 2017 remain playable.

You're speaking to the wrong company; you still have all your FX3 tables. Go to Ubisoft for that complaint; they're the ones who took The Crew purchases away.

These games do not play exactly the same way.

It does not appear there, but they do appear in my Steam receipt.

My issue is entirely different. If you don't like how tables are mapped between games, maybe stick to physical tables.

Strange. Try resetting Steam, if that's the case?

You need to exit and reload the game for any DLC purchased while the game is running to be visible. It only does a license check when the game is starting.

To double check you own them, right click on Pinball FX in the games list and hit Properties. Then select DLC. You should see all the table packs you own there. Make sure they have a Check Mark beside them to enable the DLC.

I would contact Steam support if you don't see the DLC in Properties page for the game. That sounds like an issue with the DLC being associated with your account. Steam should be able to refund you and let you purchase them again or fix the issue directly if the receipt in your Steam account history page shows you bought them.

Steam support noted that this application does not use Steam for DLC management, and pointed me toward Zen support.

The Twilight Zone table unlocked without having to restart. I have restarted Steam (and the whole computer) at least a couple times since I purchased the DLC last night. I will try to get just a refund for this DLC purchase; I do not want Steam to remove the entire game from my library.

I figured out what happened. While I was browsing for Pinball DLC, I stumbled into the tables for Pinball FX3. Of course those won't show up in the DLC or table list for Pinball FX. I've requested a Steam refund for those items.
