Report a translation problem
Select: Edit Layout > Joysticks > Joystick Behavior - Settings (Gear/Cog).
In this section you will find the Dead Zone and various settings.
- Set Dead Zone type to Default and run the input test.
- Check Translated Output Value states 0% when not using the stick.
- If it is above 0% change the Dead Zone type to custom.
- Slightly raise the inner bound and continue to test until Translated Output is 0%.
- Check and repeat if required for the other analog stick.

Definitely try default first though as that will include some inner deadzone without further fiddling.
Tastes will vary but sometimes you do need a hard nudge and tilt warning to get out of a situation. I mainly play on keyboard so that's all I really have.
