Please make a setting to turn off the visual clutter

I want the pinball machine to look like the original, without the 3D animation gimmick, which is just distracting.

Settnigs -> Controls -> look for the Toggle Visual Extras binding. This setting changes the look of Williams tables between the original look and having all the visual extras.

press B... i dont know the keyboard control but you can turn all that stuff off with one button.

Iirc 'G' is the button on the keyboard that turns off the additional animations etc

That helped a lot. However, it doesn't turn off the "floating points" every time I score. I find this EXTREMELY distracting, especially during multiball.

There should be a setting for that. Familiarize yourself with the settings menu. It'll make your life a lot less stressful.

Check in Video settings basic and advanced. You can turn off Pop-up Scores, ball trails, motion blur, etc.

Deadpool isn't a classic table. The animations are how it's intended to be played.
