If you go into Cabinet Mode in FX, you can tell it under Dot Matrix to use External Device.

I don’t care, keep it user friendly UI with just few clicks, we are paying for it (TWICE must say), put your devs to work, ya shouldn’t transfer this responsibility to the end-user, otherwise, we better move to VPX to make our efforts to play the tables “freely” out there. FX must be an USER-FRIENDLY V.pinball platform, it’s not my (our) problem, deal with it! Balls out!!!
I'm curious as to why the back glass artwork is still something we need to source and add independently. All of your tables are fully modelled in 3D with backglass art seemingly present already.
How cool would it be to have the animated back glass for tables like Safe Cracker on a second monitor? If you can do it with a DMD, I would have thought you could implement the animated backglass on a second monitor too.
The other setting that would be great in the DMD section of the cabinet mode would be to have one scale setting for graphical stylel DMDs (like the new tables have) and a separate one for the traditional DMD displays. That way we could scale them more effectively.
Thanks for your ongoing development of your product, I'm really enjoying the tables.
Now please give us 3D surround sound! Since long years now, all game use 5.1/7.1... It's a standard. Please give us this feature. It's an easy thing to do for any dev.
- 7.1 SSF support for the physical sounds.
Add these 2 things and I am willing to rebuy all the tables again.
This would be so cool.. & really seems like an obvious thing they could do relatively easily - you're right, it's already 'there' in the world... just needs a camera pointing at it rendering to the backglass screen (instead of our static images, that weirdly we have to supply ourselves...)
