Report a translation problem
The game is designed to ensure that no player actions permanently block progression.
If you’ve spent a key elsewhere, it means there should still be another key available that hasn’t been picked up yet.
Feel free to contact support and provide them with your save file for further investigation.
To do so, we request that you join our Discord server ( discord.gg/myuniverse ) and send a direct message to our support - Community Manager Adventurer.
Save file location:
- Windows Key + R
- Run window will pop up
- Type %appdata%
- Press Enter
- Folder will open
Then follow this path:
AppData - LocalLow - SAYGAMES LTD - My Little Universe - Saves
Please Zip "Saves" folder and send it to support.
But please reach out to support only after you are absolutely sure you’ve checked every possible location. In most cases, it turns out the player simply overlooked something.
