Help! Can't Find Amethyst on Demodium Planet

Hey everyone!

So I've been totally hooked on My Little Universe, like I got addicted to this kind of game on my smartphone before, and now I can't stop playing this one. Anyway, I'm on the third planet now, and I desperately need Amethyst to upgrade my tools. The problem is, the amount of Amethyst on Gaia is super low, and I'd have to mine there forever to get enough.

I've been searching all over Demodium, but all I can find are Ruby nodes. According to the game's resource list, Amethyst is supposed to be available on Demodium too. Has anyone found Amethyst on Demodium? If so, could you please share the exact location and maybe some directions on how to get there? I'm getting frustrated wandering around without finding any!

Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to share an update since I found the solution to my own question! If you’re looking for Amethyst on the third planet, Trollheim (Demodium), you don't need to go back to Gaia to mine for it.

I found out that there's an Amethyst mine hidden behind a giant troll that demands 500 Hay to let you pass. Initially, I didn't check there because I was focused on exploring new parts of the planet and thought Amethyst would be on the surface as a separate node. Plus, 500 Hay seemed like a lot since the nearby Hay farm yields so little and it would take forever to collect that much.

But then I remembered there's a Hay seller nearby where you can buy Hay for a reasonable amount of Coins. Once I bought the 500 Hay and gave it to the troll, it let me through to the Amethyst mine. There are plenty of Amethyst deposits there, so you can get what you need to upgrade your tools!

I'm almost a year behind you, and I can't find the troll, or hay, anywhere in DimidiumI There is hay on Trollheim, but no troll with amethyst behind him... Any directions?
