MAJOR Bug Report

I finished the game in terms of finishing all the planets. It saved through out as it normally does. When I opened the game this morning... It looked like my progress has taken a good shot back. I entered Asium again and my progress reset to the point of unlocking the next area using the green key. So I had to rebuild everything leading up to the portals. And to my surprise I stepped into the portals after rebuilding the Aisum area the portals progress was completed.

Now to the main issue. I can't get the red key. It shows as collected as in I can't see it where I picked it up the day before. But when I go to unlock the area with the red key. I don't have it. I'm not really sure what to do. I can't adjust the progression back to 100% until it's fixed.
