New Heights finished - new area does not open

So I've ran into the bug with Tour de Trough earlier and I thought it wouldn't be a stopper. Then I've finished the New Heights quest alongside finishing the quest to clean up Barrenpyre. The new area didn't open! Despite getting the 'Station stamped - map updated' notification for Trough. So yeah I'm hardlocked.

Can you see the second region when you pan around the map? (Middle mouse + drag)

SAME! I need to find sierra and get to Hearths peak, but it wont open for me. I cant access anything next without going to the next part. ANY ADVICE?

Nope, there's still a cloud at the entrance despite I can clearly see a train line heading there.

I've read that you can somehow make the clouds disappear by clicking the middle mouse button and dragging from there, but my mouse's middle mouse button doesn't recognize a click, so I'm hard stuck simply because I can't change the keybinds

The cloud remains even when the quest is complete. Genuinely: try panning a bit further up. you should be able to select Newgale as the next connection from Trough.

Sierra generally resides in Peteny, on the opposite side of the tracks. Use the signboard next to the crossing if your train is too long.

Seems that there's a rare instance where the middle mouse button just doesn't register. I've restarted the game and I had no issues with it.
