swapping wagon wheels

I've got two tasks for fixing or finding wagon wheels.... but I can't find the solution. One is in the starting area, and one is up north in the coal mining area. Any ideas?

For the one in the starting area you just need to find a wheel (it's lying somewhere near the wagon), for the one in the coal mining area you just need a hammer.

Ahhh thank you! For anyone needing help with the starting area I believe it was on a bench by the big house.
