Ipad App Crashes
Every time I load the app, it crashes. I have the most update IOS, so I doubt it is only me. I just wanted to make you aware of it, as it might be why the game isn't getting any reviews yet.

Sorry to hear you're having an issue with the game but thanks for getting in touch with the problem :)

Can you tell me the device you're running the game on as well as the IOS version (just for good measure)

I'm having a similar problem but with Mobage. I entered my details and it attempts to authorise but then crashes out. When I relaunch the app it asks me to rate, then tells me I need to sign in & tries to authorise me again without asking for details. I can't back out of authorising.

I'm using the latest iOS on an iPad Air. I have quit the app, restarted the iPad, but the app still crashes at the same point

Same problem as bluemoonin65. iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2
Godus gets stuck on authorizing screen and never completes the action. Closed and restarted app, uninstalled and reinstalled Godus and same problem.

When it wants me to connect to Mobage the ipad will crash back to the ipad display screen. Im using 7.1.2 and my ipad is the ipad 2 with display

For bugs you would like to bring to our immediate attention visit this link, {LINK REMOVED}, and submit us a ticket with the following information:
  • The issue you're experiencing
  • The device you're running the game on (E.g. not just iPhone, we need the make of iPhone)
  • Preferably a screenshot of the problem if its possible
  • And your version of IOS

Thank you for making us aware of everything you find and also for your patience with these issues, rest assured that getting them fixed is a top priority :)

Yep... I played just to the point I have to sign in. I signed in with Facebook and now it just says: Autorize... I'm new to that game and I really want to play that. The time I was able to play was awesome!

The authorize error should have been fixed for everyone since it was a global server change not something for only a few people, have you tried restarting or reloading since yesterday or before?

I downloaded it yesterday and played it few minutes ago. I restarted the app and everything. Still have the authorize problem. ;( Do I have to reload the app? Then I have to do the tutorial again?

I got the error message "1040f" now. I play on iPhone, not iPad.

Ok zero apparently this is still happening for a few people so we are working on another fix that hopefully wont take to long to go live
If you want to restart and play further simply dont collect the card on the temple and it wont ask you to sign in, this will mean you cant use gems in the game if you wanted to but it will let you play on till we have the fix :)
