Nope.
The two at present are not officially compatible, and profile states are not handled online in such a way that you can play one and have your progress carried over.
It might happen one day.
But 22Cans haven't really communicated when or even if to expect it.
You can, but a lot of stuff like save data is locked down on iOS making it next to impossible to access even if you find the game's location in the filesystem. Due to that, when you remove the app it makes a mostly clean removal from your system, saves and all. They may store saves serverside to allow for multi-iOS device play, but I'm not sure if that's the case or not. If it is, it's only if you set up a Mobage account to work with it.
Nice. I suspected you could access this if you jailbroke your iOS device, but I thought for the average user it might not seem worth the trouble. Good catch here, but my bet is that you don't need to use the app iFile to pull the save, probably any filebrowser app that requires jailbroken state to access the app data will do.
By the way, might want to edit out the stuff like I did in my quote, not sure what the stance is regarding mobile software, but I suspect it's the same as PC software.
