Game updates only on mobile?

I am confused. This game is getting updates on mobile. They even post about it on 22cans youtube. But why are they not updating the PC version? I mean we paid for the game... is this allowed on steam?

the dev team got wiped. there was an earlier version, but it is lost to history.

Its a pity that they elected to go for the gem based in app purchase model. Killed this game for me. I wont buy it on mobile because its just another junk game that tries to drain you dry while you play it.

becasue PC players are not idiots to pay 2$ on gems so they don't have to wayt 3h. I found it funny that this scam was recomanded on my ipad, but since reviewws are restricted on iOS to protect these scams is not a shock.

Because he can't make us watch ads on the PC for a steady revenue stream. I re-installed Godus when I got a new iPad a few weeks ago, just to see if there's been any changes. I felt like I was pay walled so fast. The moment that the bad meeples start partying, you either start paying with premium gems to keep your meeples happy, or say good bye to your population.

Go ahead, sue them. Let us know how that works out for you. :) I bet that as long as you're willing to pay, you'd find any number of lawyers willing to take the case on. If you go looking for a lawyer that would get paid on a contingency basis if you prevail in court - not so much.

it's not allowed anywhere
