Need Help, Stuck in Control Room

Okay, so I went to the yarn bot, to try and escape in the ship, and I entered the wrong coordiantes. So, I went back to Hope (Shay's mum) in the control room. I talked to her and she said Marekai is looking for errors/problems or something with the navagation system (yarn bot). I try to go back out the control room, but Vella just keeps saying she better stay with Hope in case we take off. I've clicked on everything in the room and tried my inventory items on eveything and... Nothing.

How do I get out of here, what do I do?

You have to complete more of shay's side to continue.

Also, you didn't enter the wrong coordinates, you entered the right ones but Mom put navigation on pause until the right moment. Now you just have to continue with Shay.
