Red "Yarn Pal" VO

I was while (re-)playing this shortly after Psychonauts 1 sure that the red "Yarn Pal" was voiced by the same person who did "Sheegor" in Psychonauts but that appears to not in fact be the case.

This then is to say that it's likely an applied audio effect, and I'd like to request the Double Fine audio team please, please lose the tool it used there: the horrible shrieking actually hurts my ears and I can not stand it. It's horrendous.
