I'm so happy that we're finally getting Hyundai's in a driving game. No one seems to acknowledge their existence anymore. Also that Hyundai Elantra generation is hot.
I hope the new version will also support TrackIR and online radio stations, like the current build does. :)
I have lots of questions regarding the game, as follows:
#1: Is my computer powerful enough to run the game with the following specifications?
Operating System: Windows 10 (2022 Update, 64-bit)
CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F (6 cores & 6 threads, up to 2.9 GHz)
RAM: 16 GB (DDR4)
Storage drive: 953 GB SSD (297 GB available)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070 (8 GB VRAM)
#2: Is there an approximate date for when the system requirements will be revealed?
#3: What will the price of the game be in Australia?
#4: Will players of the original City Car Driving be able to purchase City Car Driving 2 at a reduced price?
#5: Will City Car Driving 2 have multiple traffic profiles? (e.g., Australia, USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand?)
#6: When City Car Driving 2 is released, will the original City Car Driving continue to be updated?
#7: Will there be emergency situations in City Car Driving 2? (e.g., AI vehicles executing a dangerous lane change, pedestrians crossing the road in a wrong place, etc.)
#8: Will the game be able to simulate mechanical failures? (e.g., engine overheating, brake failure, steering malfunction?)
#9: Will vehicle damage be simulated? Specifically, the player car, following an accident, losing functionality or even becoming impossible to drive? I'd like to see this, because, In ATS (American Truck Simulator) and ETS2 (Euro Truck Simulator 2), if the player damages their truck, it will become liable to breaking down. Engine malfunctions can occur; these involve the engine overheating and stopping unexpectedly. If the player truck's transmission is damaged, the number of gears the player will be able to shift to/from will decrease. Eventually, if the damage is too serious, the truck engine will refuse to start, until the player calls an in-game tow truck. What's more, in the original City Car Driving, players can, if they want to, be reckless in the free driving mode all they like, and cause accidents or knock down pedestrians (or even both). But I personally don't recommend either; especially if the player is transporting passengers or cargo.
#10: Is there going to be a fatigue simulation in City Car Driving 2? I'd like to see this feature in the game, given that ATS and ETS2 already have it. In those games, the player must rest in-game and sleep for a certain number of in-game hours (although he/she can toggle this setting off if desired).
#11: Will City Car Driving 2 give the player the option to transport passengers and cargo, as is the case in the original City Car Driving?
#12: Will the game be capable of simulating driving while drunk?
#13: If your answer to question #12 is 'yes', will the player be able to select multiple drunk levels?
#14: Will the player be able to specify traffic and pedestrian densities by typing in their desired percentage instead of using a slider, or even letting the game select randomly?
#15: Will City Car Driving 2 have an in-game economy?
#16: Will multiplayer be supported in the game?
#17: Will there be fuel stations that have multiple fuel types? (e.g. petrol, diesel?)
#18: Will there be electric vehicles running on batteries, which would have to be plugged in at recharging stations?
#19: Will there be hydrogen cars in the game?
#20: Will City Car Driving 2 have hybrid cars?
#21: Will there be a time of day progression in the game as the player drives his/her car?
#22: Will the game have the weather changing automatically?
I would really appreciate it if the above questions could be answered. But I understand that some of them might not be addressable at this time.
It's okay if I have to wait for a while before they are all answered.
Thank you for your feedback.
