"Never nude-ist" achievement HOW?

i have never seen a naked person in this game, has anyone else seen one or figured out how to get this achievement?

i believe they're in the level where you shoot up a party at a house, they have a pool in the backyard, cant remember very well last time i played was maybe 2 years ago or something

It's the third level in "Special Delivery".
Try killing everyone there.
