Locked levels
So I finished the game, yet I have some last levels locked so as Earthquake or Osaka. How to unlock them? I haven't found any solution to my issue.

I'm guessing you played through just the normal 'POSTAL' campaign, which only includes levels from the original base game. Those locked levels are from the 'Special Delivery' and 'Super POSTAL' expansions, and you can play those either in their respective campaigns, or by playing the 'Excess Postage' campaign, which includes all of the levels together in one campaign.
