1234 may be the discrete graphics card device ID that your computer is using, if so, disable the discrete graphics card and let the computer work with the integrated graphics card, maybe it can temporarily solve the problem that the game won't open.

1. Right-click on the blank space of the computer desktop, click to open ADM Radeon, you can see the discrete graphics card device ID in it, and confirm that 1234 refers to the discrete graphics card of your computer.
   
2. Search the Internet for how to open your computer's "Device Manager", click on "Display Adapter" after opening, if two graphics cards are displayed, select your computer's discrete graphics card - the Radeon option with ID 1234, and then right-click to disable it.
   
3. Then open the game.

Actually, what i did was:

Win + I (Open the settings), then:

System -> Display -> Graphics settings

Then find the .exe of Sky, and copy the archive path:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Sky Children of the Light\Sky.exe

And choose the option: Power saving, which will use the Integrated graphics card. Well, its better than nothing
