Bugs during Red Shards

Hi there's seems to be a bug for the Red Shards. I've had to quit and rest my game 3 separate times because of this.
When i went to do the shards the second i get hit i'm bugged under the map to the point i keep getting hit, then when i go to teleport home to restart. i'm still bugged into the map. I quit and reset, try again; the same thing keeps happening. I didn't get to do my shards at all today because of this bug. it makes doing the Red Shards impossible.
Please can you fix this??
