Crossplay and account login.

Greetings!
I would like to know if the game will have the ability to log into your old game account from a mobile platform or will players be forced to create a new account through Steam?
Will it be possible to link accounts to each other?

yes you can play on your old/main account
for that you need to link your steam account on a mobile device first

open sky on mobile -> go to settings-> account-> (scroll down) select steam
if you do this right, you'll be on your main sky account when playing on pc.

edit: just fyi the demo already supports linking your main account
edit2: the crossplay is supported but seems not in the demo as of right now. pretty sure the final release will have crossplay with all other platforms crossplay is possible now

Okay... How should I link my Steam account to the game, if to do this I need to do it in the game itself, but I also have to confirm the login to my account on the same device? When minimizing the game to go to the Steam application, it closes and because of this, the login confirmation is reset.
After so many years, they still haven’t made a normal login to your account through the website... >X\

you dont need steam app on your device to do it, just tap the 'link' option without steam app being on your device, it should open an webpage popup inside game. fillup your username and password afterwards

That's right. But after entering my username and password, I must confirm the login through the application according to the security settings of Steam account. But if I go to the application, the game closes.

dont you have your email linked with your steam account?

usually steam just sends an email confirmation code, just uninstall the steam app and try imo

Linked. I'm talking about the Steam Guard system, which requires confirmation of login to your account from a new source. When a Steam user logs into an account from a new location, he needs to make a confirmation in the application, where he indicates the need to remember the entry point into the Steam account. As I already mentioned, minimizing the game to do this in order to go to the Steam application to confirm the login, the game closes.

its strange because for me it was just email otp for the confirmation, and its usually that whenever i link a new device with steam

thats a lie crossplay is in it cause the demo only meansu cannot buy nothing but it is the full game i play the game with my friends who are from ps5 and switch as well as steam so cross play is always there hell i even hoped onswitch and play with some firends to on steam when iam not home

yeah they dropped an update few hours ago for all other platforms, which made crossplay possible now
