Vulkan error

This still happens before and after upgrading my GPU drivers.

Could not determine Vulkan device count. May need to install gpu drivers with Vulkan support.

Guess most of it is still in progress. I hope they really do something about it. I was so happy when it is finally out in STEAM but seeing this. No choice is back to mobile again.
Maybe is there another solution?? Much appreciate.

Make sure you update the driver from the manufacturer's website. If you have more than 1 GPUs, make sure you update them all using the correct driver from their manufacturer.

If you already did that and it still shows, it will mean your GPU is too old and doesn't support the Vulkan version needed by the game.

If you can't decide what to do or doesn't know if your spec support the game or not, go to
Steam > Help > System Information
and copy paste very thing here, and those trying to help may help you figure out what's wrong with your spec.

It can't be that because my PC at least has an RTX 3070 which is not very old at all.

Thank you so much, finally, this whole time I just disabled the other gpu from Device manager - display adapters
