BUG: No bread at Grandma's

Exactly what it sounds like: a couple days back, the Grandma's Dinner Event stopped producing light for me. Either the 'bread'/white orbs don't show up at all, or they're there then levitate into the ceiling and nothingness in the space of a second, and regardless I'm unable to collect light there. I haven't done anything to my game or computer (playing via Steam), it just randomly stopped. Waited a few days to see if it would get fixed when either of the new events did, but it did not. I know this is happening for at least one other player, because we talked about it in chat while waiting to see if the event would spontaneously start working for us. No idea what to do about this.

All you can do is wait for TGC to fix this as the issue is completely server sided.

same!! It's EXACTLY the same for me. I thought I used up all the social lights at first, but then it continued for like two weeks until now, and it's still not resolved :(

TGC: We already gave you a cake in the office. Imagine we allow you to also collect from Grandma Dinner as well?!!! This will save you some time daily. Like 30 minutes or so to collect your limit. Do you think we want that?!!! hell no! . Go grind you poor pathetic losers..... OOOrrrrrrrrr... you can get a sense of achievement by purchasing the candles with money... just saying..."
