is the in game shop blank for anyone else

so today is the start of season of radiance and i went to get the pass and gift pass for a pal of mine, learned that the in game shops are blank and i got lucky that it loaded once, just want to know if i ain't the only one here

Shop exist only for people with phones, PC`s players cant use it. I guess if you want to buy something in-game with IRL money you need to do that via Steam. TGC haven`t done "DLC" for Sky, so you cant drain your valueble value in to it.
