How do you get the glasses and cowboy hat?

I love the glasses and cowboy hat that the photographer wears, also saw a player character wearing them in the store page screenshots. I'd love to get my hands on those!

Unfortunately, you don't. They were 'ultimate gifts' from the Season of Moments, which the photographer is from, and ultimate gifts are only available during their initial season for people who buy the season pass. Rule #1 of Sky: if you see a piece of gear that isn't in the main constellations of the base game, sucks to be you. :/ Spirits at random from previous seasons return every two weeks for a couple days, and you can buy their gear then, but it can be years between their visits, and season guides, like the photographer. Genuine sympathy, I only started playing myself last June, and I remain solely because for me it's this or allow myself to be consumed by FFXIV.

Not even from traveling spirits, I don't think they bring "ultimate" items with them. (Could be wrong.)

Timed exclusivity of cosmetics is one of the more infuriating aspects of Sky's monetization, and this is why.
