Portals have disappeared in sky? [help needed]

I finally decided to play Sky again after playing it on my phone yesterday (where everything worked fine), but now, I have started it on my laptop, and I have gotten softlocked. I got forced into a cutscene (''sound is more than half of the experience'') everytime I booted up Sky. In this cutscene I still have my normal cosmetics. Yet when I arrive in Home, all portals are gone except for Isle of Dawn which doesn't even have an actual portal in it. There's also the tutorial-kid they added I believe? But they are not interactable. Is this a bug of the steam version? How can I fix this?

The devs know and are currently working on a fix, it seems to be a bug on all versions for certain users

Yeah, something seems to be seriously broken with loading progress data and the game starts with the introductory cutscene now, which doesn't even work properly. Winged lights and cosmetics appear to be intact, so I don't think data has been lost.

I don't think there's anything we can do on our ends, developers have to fix it themselves. All we can do it wait.
