Server Issue has gotten worse

When I tried to join the game, the bar wouldn't proceed. It finally did after I verified the files, but now it pops up that it is having server issues every 5 or so seconds and I can't go to anyone on my friends list. I'm having the same issue on my phone.

The problem isn't on your end, no need to verify files, mess with drivers or whatever. You can only wait this one out while TGC is fixing it. This doesn't usually last more than a few hours, but days and even weeks are also possible.

I have the same problem. I figured out the same, my files are good, internet connexion too, but still I can't load the game. Hopefully they will fix this server bug by tomorrow.

Given this has been happening for days now, I would not expect a fix by tomorrow. But it might happen.

I have this reoccurring problem every time I try to play Sky and it's been happening for months or every other month when I log on it just shows the introduction then closes the game on it's own and I have new storage and decent internet I can't figure out the issue or how to fix it I just play on a different device and it works but that's getting tiring

That's not the server problem. The cause for that one is yet unknown as far as I know.

I have the same problem, I can't log in to the game from Steam and the game start screen doesn't appear

Yeah my game is having the same. This is the first game I have played so many hours with and spent money on. I don't know what to do. It helps with my depression.

The situation with servers seems to change throughout the day now, so if you encounter the server error message again, come back in a few hours and it'll probably be gone.

Either you're unlucky to join the game during rush hours when problems happen or there is a problem with your internet connection, which is unfortunately difficult to troubleshoot.

Servers seem stable most of the time to me, I joined the game twice yesterday. Some operations (like obtaining daily quests) were a bit slow, but no errors or failures.

It looks like I'm having really bad luck then, I've tried other reasons in case it's on my side for internet, but even using another network it doesn't work for me, I've tried a full reboot several times, 2 reinstallations but no news
