Where are undersea monsters from the event?

Like really? And why campfire only somethimes produces wax, what condishions need to be met for that?

There are only two monsters that come with Nature. One is the Dark Worm found in Prairie Peak's river, the other one is the Baby Dark Worm found in Sanctuary Islands' polluted area of the day. You can see the Abyss Monster far off in the distance circling around the islands, but it's just an animated texture.

As for the campfire, I believe it starts giving wax after freeing the birds from the pollution, however I'm not sure whether or not they share a wax pool with any other social wax spot, which may explain why it doesn't give wax sometimes (assuming you maxed out something like Granny or Geyser).

Nevermind, you just need to enter the area fast enough, before he leaves.

I don't remember the Abyss Monster leaving (or having a schedule of sorts) but it'll be far far off in the distance, circling all of Sanctuary Islands.

Hi, for the wax campfire question: i think the wax appears when u get rid of all the darkness (the dark dots) in the water.

This is correct. Unfortunately it can (frequently) happen that you'll get merged with people who haven't cleansed the pollution which will cause it to reappear, deactivating the wax spawning from the campfire.
