Can't play the game because i don't have vulkan 1.3 and can't get it
Hey there! I have been trying to figure this out for a few hours now and it feels like i've tried so much.
When I launch the game, it says I need vulkan 1.2 (and the game desc says 1.3 is required)...
I'm super confused though because I don't know how to get vulkan 1.2 or 3.
My GPU and CPU are totally fine though and are more than enough to run pretty much ANY other game so I'm super confused as to why it won't work for Sky.
Please help!!!!

GPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2070 with Max-Q design
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz

Friend, believe me, the same thing happens to me but I have no idea what vulkan I have, honestly, even so, at least it appears to you that you require v1.2 but in my case it stays loading without doing or showing anything and it closes again, Just by telling you that the application won't open, I don't know what error it might be but maybe you can help me since I've searched a lot and I can't find any solution either.

Did you update your driver from Nvidia GeForce Experience?

Have you updated your GPU drivers? It looks like that card should support Vulkan.

I had some issues with the installation too yesterday, try doing a custom install instead of doing the quick one

No you do not need to install any 3rd party Vulkan tools or Devkit for Vulkan to work.
Your Graphic card driver comes with Vulkan enabled. You just need to update to the latest Graphic driver for it to works.

If updating to the latest driver and you still get Vulkan error, there's a few possibilities.

[1] You have more than 1 GPU and one of them isn't up to date on driver, check if you have iGPU and dGPU and both are up to date.

[2] You have a conflicting layer on your Graphic card that uses Vulkan, normally mixing Nvidia with AMD will resulted in this error. You need to disable your AMD layer for your Nvidia to work with Vulkan App. https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5182/~/unable-to-launch-vulkan-apps%2Fgame-on-notebooks-with-amd-radeon-igpus

[3] Your Graphic card is too old and can not support Vulkan
