Game crashing on startup

when I get to the cutscene part where something tells "fear not child. you will defeat the darkness" the game closes everytime

There's a few things you can try.

[1] Make sure you have 8gb free ram when you start the game.
[2] You can try turn off HDR and see if that helps. Win+Alt+B
[3] Try lower your graphic resolution

If you have enough RAM and have a decent Graphic card...
Do this instead, set everything to highest in the game, and goto your PC's power setting and set it to "high performance".

So i decided to do that, sadly it doesn't work for me. I got a pretty good tablet yet it still crashesh countless times, I even reinstalled it. I hope that they would fix it up soon enough

hey guys. i have the exact same problem. I've got just over 8gb of ram free, and after trying points 1 and 2, no effect.

I've also tried updating my drivers

Facing the same issue. What is strange is that my friend who has exactly the same laptop as me is not facing this issue

i press play and the game just does not lunch it shuts down they need to fix it i waited years for this moment to play it on pc and it does not even work : and no i tried everything it still does not work
