Report a translation problem
[1] You have Tablet Mode turned on. This often caused the windows to be detected as Win 8 (6.2.9200 is Win 8 not Win 6)
[2] You either have the game's .exe set to compatibility mode for Win8 OR you have Steam.exe set to compatibility mode for Win8. Turning compatibility mode on both should solve it in this case.
Goto both Steam.exe (Steam folder) or Sky.exe (game folder), right click them and choose property. Go to the Compatibility Tab. Check if the check box is checked ☑ on compatibility mode. If it's checked ☑, uncheck it ☐ and click Ok. That's it. If it's already unchecked ☐ then it' means that file isn't the one causing your problem.
For those detected with other versions of Windows 10, it simply means your Windows 10 version is outdated and needed update.
