Could not enumerate 1 vulkan device

i tried installing vulkan 1.3 drivers twice but still this is what it says while loading the game.
my vulkaninfo in command promt shows this

That means one of your GPUs is still not updated.
You will need to update both your dGPU, and your iGPU (the one that comes with your CPU)
