My PC is old but it's definitely not weaker than Nintendo Switch or my lower-end Android phone which runs Sky fine.
Also, Journey port required AVX instructions on launch too, but after players complained this requirement was patched out soon after release. So apparently the game didn't really need them.
And no way a port of a mobile game actually needs AVX instructions to work, especially considering that ARM CPUs don't have them in the first place.
Plus, Sky is originally made for iOS, which are using the ARM processors as well. So it's originally made to process larger bits than the old 64bit on Intel CPU.
By the way, Switch uses ARM as well. PS4 comes with ARM processor as well. So most platform this game is at are already running on higher bits instruction sets.
This I figured out after doing a lot of research and trying to enable UEFI Boot etc. Well it`s another program that is called HWiNFO which you also can download to see this, that it`s simply not possible with this CPU.
