Trouble receiving and sending hearts (mail)

I'm having some trouble receiving and sending hearts via mail since 1st day of launch.
I can't recieve it, the heart icon just disappears and doesn't process, it appears again after i close the game and start again, but it just keeps doing that. I managed to found a quick solution by verifing the files, but i gotta do it every single time to recieve a heart. Same thing with sending, for some people it works, but at times it just gives back my 3 candles, even after popping the icon that means that it worked.

Yup, it's a bug.
Another workaround is using the mobile version — it works much more reliably.
Interesting to hear that verifying game files fixed it too… I'll see if this is reported in TGC's Discord, test it and add to the report if it works the same way for me.

(edit) Verifying game files didn't detect any changes, so this might be a different problem.

Yeahh, verifying the game files works just to redeem the hearts in the time being, it doesnt fix the bug itself

Hope they will fix, it's hard to keep the consistency of heart trade when you can't see the daily hearts are received from the very first day

Right? And it's worse to think that we had this glitch during a double heart event Super unlucky
