the problem with buying a Cinnamoroll cape

Hello! I live in Kazakhstan and today I wanted to buy a newly released Cinnamoroll cape. However, I get the error "there was an internal error with the receipt."

Although in the same store I could easily buy a Cinnamoroll satellite on my head. Please help me solve this problem. Has anyone faced the same problem?(

Receipt error means the game can't get the receipt confirmation from Steam Wallet, which could be caused by reasons like your payment method being denied or steam cache corrupted or server error... If the payment is already made and went through, try hit the restore button in the cash store.

If restarting the game doesn't work, try restart steam and your pc and see if that helps.

If the problem still continues after the restart, check your payment method and see if there's sufficient funds to do the purchase.

You can also try clear Steam Cache and restart Steam client to see if that helps fix it
Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Download Cache

Depending on your age and on how much social games have you played, those slang will sooner or later be a part of your social life online. Pets, accessories, cap, hat, companions are also known as Satellite in some virtual or social games because it's designed to orbits or follow your character... the dev and object creators can call it anything they like, and the user crowds in that game will ended up getting used to that title... it's just a culture habit from where you came from (in virtual worlds) so it's not something to laugh at imo, at least for someone who's having transaction trouble will not have the mood to find it funny, there's TPO even for jokes.

There seems to be other users with the same problem for the cape purchase. So it could be a TGC side problem.

You might want to check on Discord and see if it's a common problem Steam users are having. If that's the case you may need to report it as a bug report in the bug report channel in discord.

I have a hunch based on the OP's country of residence that they're playing in Russian, where "companion" and "satellite" may translate into one and the same word, "спутник" (sputnik), so I've seen these confused a number of times by now. So I'm pretty sure it's a misjudged translation.

I still find it funny. Not in the making fun kind of way, just the idea of seeing of Cinnamoroll in space seems funny to me. (secret area reference ahead) Which can be done, by the way.

Not a bad idea actually, especially for home furniture based character/npc and probably walls in space theme are quite the seller in other games too...

A user reported that the problem is caused by language setting. If you set the language to English you will be able to buy.
