People can have negative opinions about something you like, you know, as well as get upset at you bootlicking for a company.
But when you started thinking (rather mistaking) someone for bootlicking, you're not in the correct mind state to judge due to you're unhappy or frustrated while trying to defend your own theory, especially when someone told you it's wrong (and you can't find a way to back up your own theory). Most reverted to childish replies and behavior (regardless their age) when it comes to this. And some even start thinking the world is plotting against them in their negative mind state... these type of players are also easily involved in quarrels and hate speech, which, makes them vulnerable to player report... the advise is, keep calm and you will see what others are trying to tell you.
Oh, and there's some bad example on this forum that the guy isn't here to get answers, he's just here to cause trouble and spread false info for others (you can easily read a person by going to their chat history), but i believe you're not that, you're just frustrated that your account is banned and couldn't think correctly under that heat of frustrations.
Like i said before, if you think you're not in the wrong, you can appeal, and it will work if you provide enough evidence to prove your innocence. It's against the LAW itself to punish someone without a clear reason, if you think they ignored you and doesn't want to answer why you're banned in the 1st place, get a lawyer with a warrant and TGC won't be able to refuse your request on asking why you're banned. After getting your "answer" about the ban, work forward to prove your innocence if you think you're banned incorrectly. (Note, for someone on the forum to help you, you have to first start that 1st step to appeal and get the reason behind your ban. Tell us the reason provided by TGC here and we may continue to advice what you can do next if you're at lost)
You don't know anything, you're giving the wrong info, you're blaming people who have issues with TGC and how they handle things, you're doing more harm than good.
By the way, i wasn't modding here. Just doing the standard troubleshooting for others in hope to collect some free steam points. This game is filled with sooo many bugs and yet it's such a simple game, which we can easily remember a lot of details without needing a huge manual book, it makes a good target for such thing without resorting to do the foolish ways like collecting the clowns.
Well, the main reason i can view these in a bigger picture is because i didn't reply due to it's "Sky Cotl", nor do I care much about the game itself, but rather from the perspective of a veteran MMO player who started online gaming back in 1997 and seen the whole history since dial-up internet era (Probably earlier if you count LAN and phone to phone dial up connection). Those experiences turned into knowledge over time and can be helpful during troubleshooting and hotfix advises.
If it looks like i am modding due to I tried to bust someone's false info lately, that's because he poked me enough to trigger me to poke back, that's all. Was ignoring him at first since he's doing it with 2 dummy accounts and it's a waste of time for someone who wanted attention like him. But the false info he spreads ended up harmful for some users here in need of accurate info, and i thought i might put a stop to it and tell those new to the forum what he's been up to.

As you can see, what i did on the forum here are mostly stuffs mods are not recommended to do.
Seriously, get a life, dude. There's better things to do than d-riding a company you know nothing about.
And we can only start helping when you get the reason behind your ban from the company

And I and plenty others have tried to appeal bans and report issues and nothing ever is done, but you don't care about that do you
Since you didn't remember, you were here on the forum complaining about getting warped to a different nest other than yours, which leads to clues about you might be having connection problem with the game. So when you claimed you're being banned mistakenly, i believe in you, due to there are chances that ping lag being detected as speedhack in some games.
But instead of letting others help you, you jumped to conclusion that we are here to harm or frame you. And the more you reply with a bad attitude, the more clues lead to it might not be a cheat ban after all but behavior ban, it's not hard to "judge" someone when we wanted to do so. But like i said before, if you think you're being banned wrongly, and can prove the reason behind the ban is wrong. Tell us about it, and we can give you insight on what to do to get your account back. If there's a reason why you can't let others help you with it then tell us that reason so we may help you overcome it. That's what the community forum are for. One does not need to work for a game company to help in such matters, especially in such matters, where you need someone to view the stories from both sides.
You can not help players with bans on here if you’re not an employee who can do something about it. You admit yourself to judging him due to his attitude also, some players just come here to rant. not all the time ask for help for a fix that YOU have no control of. At this point you’re clearly harassing this player who you have no proof what he has done.
Since you're the "expert" in mitigating questions thrown at you, why not be helpful for once and give some useful advise for him to get out of his ban rather than stripping the help away from him?
If the advise you're giving is going to be something like: "Give up and face the consequences, then rant all about it and spread the toxic that you hated so much on Steam Community and become part of that toxic you hated". Then you've already judged and sentenced him. Silently.
He claimed to be misjudged by the reports, why not give him a chance to explain and reclaim what's rightfully his? (or hers)
It’s one thing to help, it’s another to keep bothering her about it. You already gave her the contact link and all, your “job” is done. But you still keep pressing on her to the point of you just trying to bait each response out of her. Just leave players alone , there is a limit to replying in flooding all the threads you keep hijacking in.
Calling it “not giving up on him” while she is literally telling you to stop is scary how you can’t comprehend the person saying no and to leave them alone. Read the room, you are NOT the community so let others help others. It’s not healthy to be on these forums and act like it’s your job.
