Question, can you play with mobile players on this version?
I want to play with my girlfriend and she plays on ipad, is there any way to play with her?

The game is cross-platform, you can see other players from different platform as long as your game's update versions are the same. But it only works within the TGC (Global) servers. For those playing under NetEase's (China) server it's separated.

Yes you can, Sky supports cross-platform play.
There are two exceptions, in case you were wondering: NetEase Server and PlayStation players who disabled crossplay.
