Can't be sure without breaking down the codes they used for translation so only the devs know what happened there. The thing you can try is goto steam library, right click the game, and choose property, from there you can choose the default language for the game, try set it to English or something else and see if it effects the in-game translator. You can also try changing your Steam client's language and see if that effect anything.
Their ISO 639-1 codes are sv and sw respectively. Some either at TGC or their translation service must've typed the wrong letter.
