If there are none, "Verify integrity of game files", see if it succeeds — some people are reporting issues installing the latest update due to antivirus software causing a fuss. There should be a pinned thread on that subject.
If you're having problem updating, try goto Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear Cache, and restart your Steam client, then try again.
If instead you get an error from your anti-virus stating potential malicious file being detected and quarantined, it's probably due to the latest installment of protection they have on the game and haven't submitted the files to AV companies for verification or still pending for verification. It should go away after it's been verified by those AV companies and added to their safe list. For the meantime you can try adding Sky.exe to your AV allowed list for temporary work-around.

There should be another update to address to this issue as well, so it's only a matter of time before it's fixed.
