Travelling Spirit not in Aviary Village
This is my first week playing so maybe I've got something wrong but shouldn't he be here now? He's not at the village plaza

"The Spirit appears Thursday at 00:00 PST/UTC-8 (during Standard Time) or at 00:00 PDT/UTC-7 (during Daylight Saving Time)."

He's at Home. TGC must've goofed something up with placement again.

It's a known issue since last-last update. They now appear at (old) Home if you can't find them in Aviary Village.
