About Rebirth?

Im new and leanred about rebirth. I know some things but what I wonder is. do I need to redo the spirit memories aswell or?

If you're talking about eden, you're only dropping the winged light.

Rebirth is just a cute word for grind. You have to give all your wings up and then start all over to redo it again every week after reset for the ascended candles and adds more wings from the traveling spirits you unlocked.

Previously I think way back in 2018 - 2020 in its early beta stage, but now its just winged light

The spirit tree you unlocked stays the same, the winged buffs (extra winged lights in the shape of a lock with wings) you unlocked in those trees will be added to your wings as starter every time you rebirth from Eden. So you don't actually lose all your wings, just the regular winged lights are being reset (they return to where you found them).

So I can just enter the areas that was restricted. and not have to relive spirits memories?

you only lost all your winged light, but the spirits stays the same, after rebirth you can find all the childrens again and if you loose a spirit this is the moment, but you can find all the spirits you have in the circle stone in the ground of your HOME in the same place where's your friend list

If by restricted area you mean the upgrades and progress in Aviary Village, then the answer is yes, your progress is retained.
Other restricted areas that require you to own specific item or skill isn't effected as well, since items you unlocked or owned will stay the same. And special skills and abilities you unlocked will be retained as well.

Since this is the 1st time you visit Eden, i won't say there won't be any spirit require you attention after that, because once you finished Eden for 1 time you unlocked the ability to see past seasonal spirit, so if you wish to collect their emotes, you will be hunting for them all over the places again... but once that's done, all that's left to do is repeating candle run from all areas and waiting for the travelling spirit to show up twice a month while doing whatever events that's in place at the moment, you don't have to redo the spirits you've done unless requested by daily quest.

You need to NG at least once to even gain access to half of the spirits in the game and for long-term progression, for the record!

To put it shortly, you just lose those golden children of light you've been picking up around the place and have to collect them again. They act as both how many times you can flap your wings (wedges at the top and stars on your cape), and your health meter.

Absolutely nothing else is affected and you can pick up those light children from the same places you got before.
It's a very minor thing.
