I have an Intel graphics card, and tried to install Vulkan on my PC followed the instructions and everything, but the game just won't start up

update: i updated all my graphics drivers as well, still can't open the game displaying the same message

You need to update all the GPUs on your system for vulkan apps to work properly.
Try goto
Steam > Help > System Information
and copy paste the details here, there might be more GPUs that you are unaware of.
