Can't run Sky on PC

I click on the play and after about 2 secs it closes. Do I need a update or somthing?

Make sure your PC meets the game's minimum requirement. (Check Store Page)
You will need at least a Intel 6th Gen or equivalent CPU that supports AVX2. 2gb Vram and 8gb free ram to run this game. And it's recommended to use a 8th Gen or above CPU for smooth game play.

(I have seen people with 4th gen Intel Cores run the game just fine, so take the above with a grain of salt.)

For me it seems the exe file gets deleted when trying to install the game and verifying fails and gives me a disk error. Kinda strange... anyone else?

File missing is a different problem caused by certain game files being deleted, blocked or quarantined by your Antivirus software.

Sadly no, some users claimed they can emulate the AVX2, but most of them returned saying it only launch the game with a black screen. You may check the community guide section for it if you're interested. But don't raise your hope too high though.

Submit a bug report on Sky's Discord, I guess, let the staff answer 🤷

Their rivalry is absurd at this point: Meowish offers questionable recommendations while Melvin straight up argues with reality. Both end up being unhelpful in these states, but very noisy 😔
