Red shard eruptions no longer pay out after the latest update 0.24.5

after the dark plants are burned away and the sitting circle forms you cannot progress as activating the circle does nothing.
I believe I am not alone in this issue because i see other players repeatedly trying to activate the circle and then crying.
It also doesn't work on mobile for the same reason.
Also the red shard crabs don't spawn

Yeah, it's a known issue. TGC posted on discord about it.
They should have a hotfix out soon (i hope)

I'd HOPE they fix it for the event happening tomorrow .... otherwise people are going to need to run through the buggy Eden area to get the currency for the 4 Traveling Spirits showing up ...

this game is falling apart; first they broke the movement and then they broke shards and eurptions in the same update
