nvidia gforce 3060 vulcan drivers dont work

so my friend tried to play sky but it didnt work, it said they may need to download vulcan drivers for their device but even after they downloaded them it still send the same message, pls help lol

1. Are they on a laptop or desktop? (Very important)

2. What did they download?
Make sure your friend downloaded the correct driver from here

3. What are the specs of their PC? If a laptop, what model? If a desktop, what OS/hardware are they using?

4. What CPU do they have? Vulkan issues can be caused by AMD CPU iGPUs when paired with an Nvidia dGPU.

There seemed to be more than one GPU on your friend's device. Make sure he updates all the GPUs (both iGPU and dGPU) to the latest driver. Geforce 3060 is Vulkan 1.3 compatible so that's not the GPU that gives you the error. The reason the error still shows indicates that there's another GPU that's not up to date. Most probably the iGPU (one that comes with the CPU), just update that one (from the CPU's manufacturer's website) and see if that works. If the iGPU do not support Vulkan 1.3, then you might need to find a way to disable the iGPU and only have the dGPU (Geforce 3060) working as the only GPU.
