Too many bright white scene changes

Its awful to play at night or in a dark room, literally like a flashbang everytime the bright white screen comes at scene changes

OP, while I agree with you, it also sounds like your monitor brightness is set way too high. You know you need to adjust monitor brightness to match surrounding ambient light throughout the day, yes? And if you're playing in a dark room, there's a very good chance that your monitor can't even get dark enough to not fry your eyes. The entire room doesn't need to be well lit mind you, just the wall(s) behind your monitor, TV, etc.

Even on my sdr monitor, 0% brightness in a low lit room the white screens are still too much and my monitor has back lit ambient RGB against a white wall.

I have a solution for you: don't play at night or turn your brightness down.

Good news: This has been seen in the Beta, along with a motion blur setting. Not sure when but we'll be getting the option for black transitions in the future.
