Doesn't work on windows 11

Every time I open the game it just says it needs windows 10 or higher to work... even though I'm on windows 11

For some reason says it's detecting ''windows 6.2.9200''

windows 6.2.9200 is Windows 8.
Which means you either have Steam.exe or Sky.exe set to run on Win 8 Compatibility mode.

Just find those .exe file mentioned above, right click the file and choose "Property", then click the Compatibility Tab and uncheck (deselect) the Compatibility mode check box then click the "apply" or "ok" button and that's it.

right click the game->manage->browse local files
you should find it in there
