What is Espio's motive? Or did it happen on accident?
In the end it is a combination of the train being a Badnik build by Eggman and the Conductor who is on his last day of work before retireing along with an year old promise that he will never leave the train at any point.
For being an April Fools game imo it was nicely made even when it did lead to only one outcome without any chance to make a wrong decision. For me it felt a bit like the devs tried to give the vibes of an Phoenix Wright game here but without any actual murder and trial with a judge and stuff.
Then me made salame out-a him.
Wahoo He He!
Eggman wasn't even aware any of the plot was happening until the train contacted him.
