(this game is fun, i am like three minutes into it so maybe he comes later or something idk)

Blaze first appearance she was from another dimension like this game no silver. In 06 she is from the future as is silver.

The fact that Blaze can just wander between dimensions for Amy's birthday like that is so stupid that Sonic Team might as well make her dimension a kingdom on the planet.
