I agree with you. But there are no more answers from the developer.

I think they have the original files on several servers: Germany, Hong Kong, and the USA. Our files and their files can work only like cloud synchronized. If you don't live in these countries, you can't play the game normally (without lags, "menu wall", etc.). Only with a good VPN and with good speed.
